However, we also require advanced notice for cancellations so that we can make the best use of our time and resources. Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a fee of 25% of your booked service.
